So what's it all about? Well, this is a processing key with which you're able to decode the content of about all HD-DVD's that are available today :D Sweet ey?
In a desperate attempt to contain information on the internet (how stupid is that) the company behind AACS (Advanced Access Content System) encryption system started to wave the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act, one of America's most stupid inventions to date) around to force people and websites not to publish this 32byte key. This is how the world responded:
Google Search for 09-f9-11-02-9d-74-e3-5b-d8-41-56-c5-63-56-88-c0
Google Search for 09 F9 11 02 9D 74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0
Oh you American's, you still don't you get it? DRM (Digital Rights Management) is failing. Oh, and the world doesn't give a rat's ass about your DMCA. The biggest retailers of online music are getting it, so maybe it's time to stop waisting money (which you so clearly love) on encryption systems for digital information and spend it on innovation.
So here it is again:
